Price is set according to industry and size of your business. We go over pricing in detail during the demo.
We follow a 3 step onboarding process that starts with a demo and discovery meeting where we explain the My ePostcard platform in detail and go over your requirements. After the demo, we follow up and if you are interested in becoming a customer, we gather all details and materials from you, create your account and design all of your e-postcards. Lastly we provide you with login credentials and a introductory training in the platform.
We are using the online web conferencing service called Zoom. After you have scheduled the demo in our calendar, you will receive all details in the demo confirmation e-mail. Read more about the demo on the "Book demo" page.
My ePostcard is built using the latest technology and the technology stack we use is tried and true and have many years of reliable operation and service behind it.
Yes, support is included in your subscription and covers making sure the platform works for you, troubleshooting and fixing potential issues etc.. See the "Helpdesk" option in the My ePostcard admin interface for more details.
Yes, you can cancel at any time and when your current subscription period is over, your account will be deleted.
We don´t have photographers on staff at this point in time but we are actively working on setting up a network of photographers we can use when needed. If you need a photographer, get in touch and we can go over your options and help you out if we can.
We are open for suggestions about features and try to work closely together with all of our customers to try to bring you the best possible solution. See the "Suggest a feature" option in the My ePostcard admin interface.
Yes, we offer various training packages including getting started, how to use e-postcards for marketing etc.. If you are interested in training, get in touch and we can go over your requirements and what we can offer.
