We are using the online web conferencing service called Zoom. After you have scheduled the demo in our calendar, you will receive all details in the demo confirmation e-mail. We recommend you open the meeting link a couple of minutes or so before the meeting starts if you haven´t used Zoom before.
Zoom is a video conferencing platform that can be used through a computer desktop or mobile app, and allows users to connect online for video conference meetings, webinars and live chat. When you schedule a demo in our calendar, you receive a demo link that you open up when you want to enter the demo (i.e at the schedule demo time). We recommend you open the meeting link a couple of minutes or so before the meeting starts if you haven´t used Zoom before.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel the demo at any time (no fees). After you have scheduled the demo in our calendar, you will receive an email with demo details and in the e-mail you also have information about and links for rescheduling or cancelling the demo.
We make onsite demos in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden and Norway). If you are interested in a onsite demo, please contact us with the contact information on the "Contact" page.
